Linus Lancaster
Linus Lancaster has worked as a professional artist for over 20 years and has taught fine art at Healdsburg High School since 2002 and is currently teaching art, AP studio art drawing, ceramics, and the CASA Construction Arts class. He trained in drawing at the Academy of Art College in San Francisco and has an MA in conceptual sculpture and philosophy from Sonoma State, and a PhD. in art practice and soil studies from Plymouth University (UK). His teaching and practice is focused on multidisciplinary approaches to art production with an emphasis on site specific projects and locally sourced materials. He has exhibited both in formal venues and guerrilla installations in the US, Europe, and Asia.
